Chad and his team are amazing! I had such a wonderful experience! I was having issues with my water heater heating my water and tripping my breaker. I wasn’t sure what the issue was so I called CJones plumbing and explained my situation to the receptionist and within a couple of hours Shad contacted me. Shad came out to take a look and figured out what was going on with my water heater and fixed the problem within an hour! He did a great job answering all of my questions. I could tell he is very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. I am so impressed by their customer service, I would highly recommend them!

Wow…. Shad was amazing! After having some other plumbers come and cut out three holes in our wall to try and figure out where water was leaking from, he came and was able to figure it out within minutes. He then proceeded to fix some damage drain pipes within 20 minutes, and didn’t even charge (totally not necessary, I was fully expecting to pay—the leak was my fault even) You could tell Shad had a lot of experience, and he was very personable as well. Absolutely recommend!

They were really helpful from the beginning until the very end.. they very clear about their instructions and honest that one thing I appreciate about them. I do recommend them and in future if I have a plumbing problem they are the first ones on my list

Cindy was very helpful in scheduling my appointment with Shad. Shad has been very prompt and responsive. Very kind and helpful and went over and beyond. He located the leak which was a running toilet and quickly and efficiently replaced the pump in the toilet bowl. My toilet is running great.
